Welcome to Alif Mart Trading.It is a versatile multivendor e-commerce marketplace and order based platform.These Terms and Conditions By accessing or using our services for ordering, shopping and using our online home delivery service or shipping and buying and selling products and receiving home service through our app and website www.Aleefmart.com, ( also included 3rd party services) you agree to these terms and conditions. Agree to continue. Definitions : "Services" means online shopping, buying and selling, product marketing and order based house services of multiple service providers and delivery services or shipping offered by "Alif Mart Trading" and various services of our third party delivery and third party organizations.

Products:

Aleef Mart "Products" means all items, products and multiple services available for purchase and sale through our Website and App based on local location and order.

Enjoy products and various Home services: Customers can avail their online based B2B, B2C, Affiliate Marketing, Reselling, Buying Aleef Mart products and order services from all Aleef Mart vendors and service providers.

Aleef Mart Customers Or Subscribers : "Customers" means those who participate in our platform to purchase products and services are customer members, who are always shopping. Other parties who will participate as sellers or Suppliers and provide their services through Aleef Mart are also Aleef Mart's Sellers, Customer Members, or Service Provider Organization Customers. Any person or entity who accesses the Alif Mart Platform and uses the Services is referred to as Alif Mart Valued Customer.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Ordering Products A: Customers may place orders for products through our App, website or our Outlets or Vendors.

B:All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity & Quality of products purchased.

C: Customers can change order items while the order is pending, or cancel the order Once the order status is Completed or Delivered, the order cannot be changed or canceled without a valid reason. Other than food,perishable and raw material products, products whose quality will deteriorate can be changed. In this case the delivery service may be chargeable.

D: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or notification with details of your order.

Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are listed in AED (Local Currency) and are subject to change without notice. Specially perishable & raw materials items price can be change in any time according to purchasing situations.

2. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods, including Cash,Credit, Visa,Master,Paypal, Mobile banking system,Banking Transfer, Via Payment Link,Etc. Also you can payments on your earnings Loyalty & Rewards bonus points by redeem or convert.

3.Your any earnings from the Aleefmart platforms, you can not withdraw, it will be your Next Shopping redeem balance. Using your points you can always Shopping seamlessly. Noted: please remember once delivered order,& payment completed, but it will be Seven days waiting your referred & affiliated or any on order relevant authorized Commissions & Rewards points from your selling or referred bonus points.

4.After Seven days it will be automatic release for your eligible Shopping. After every seven days all earnings Will be release for Shopping.

5. Because there have a reason of product's refund & return policy.

6.you can earn Daily Mining bonuses 2000 points as per your actions on aleefmart site by Login & regular user.

7.As a guest user not available like this rewards bonuses.

8 . Any applicable taxes and delivery charges,additional fee will be included in the final amount during the checkout process.

Delivery & Shipping

1. We offer delivery to specified areas as indicated on our website.

2. Delivery & Shipping relevant all statuses will be update in real time on the notification. you can track your order on the way, You have to follow your order history

3.Please contact the delivery man or the store if the order is unexpectedly delayed.We are always sorry for unintentional delays.There may be traffic jams on the roads,Or Road problems.

4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on circumstances. We are not liable for any delays that occur.

5.You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we may leave the product in a safe place or return it to our facility, which may incur additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

1.We aim to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 munites for a replacement or refund. If it is Food & any perishable items, like Fish, vegetables, Fruits Etc. It’s delivery service for local will be free.

2.If it is nonperishable items & Raw materials, Refund or replacement within three days or cancel based on good reason.

3.From customer site product if will be any issue like broken, packing damage, product's safety etc, it will be out of return, refund, & replacement.

4 if there is real big issue from ordered items of customers,then products will be free delivery transport.

5.If customer need changes any items after delivery according to them demand, in this case, customers will pay delivery or shipping charges of As per requirements.

6. No returns or refunds are accepted for perishable or Raw materials items once delivered.

Vendors & Services providers

For Aleef Mart Vendors, Supplier & Resellers have different terms & Conditions.

Types of Subscriber Members: Alif Mart evaluates the following customers.

1: Guest Customer: The guest customer will just visit, order the product and confirm his order through their delivery address and an OTP message. Alif Mart will not store their data permanently.

2: Registered customer: All data of this customer will be stored safely by Alif Mart. And they will enjoy a variety of customer service, bonus points, rewards and offers, which will reduce their spending and increase their income.

3: Registered Pro Customer/Affiliate Member: He is a valued customer and he can earn sales commission profit by digital marketing of Alif Mart and Alif Mart products. He invites his friends and neighbors as well as anyone through digital marketing and social media. Aleef Mart customer can create member by paying, he will get refer bonus points. He will be able to spend his time growing Alif Mart's customer community and build a strong buyer-seller team. As a result Alif Mart will give bonus reward points for every sale. Also as a freelancer new vendors and service providers for Alif Mart can earn bonus reward points from Alif Mart by signing up as Aeef Mart vendor members.

• B2B Customer: From any location in the online world, this customer can buy and sell on the Aeef Mart platform. Local government tax VAT must be paid.
• You can generate affiliate links for affiliate marketing.
• In order to use and enjoy the benefits of Alif Mart's platform, as per the corporate agreement, the commission of each sale must be paid regularly as per the 'B2B Terms & Conditions'.
• Alif Mart is contracted and obliged to pay the customer's payment received by the supplier company on time.
• Every seller must provide loyalty points for retail customers along with the price of each product.
• Loyalty Points Every seller has to keep advance deposit in his Alif Mart wallet.Alif Mart account will be taken from the selling price of his products.

Retailers Venfors or Home Service Providers:

The same rules as above apply to all Aleef Mart customer members. Each seller organization and service provider organization will have separate terms and conditions, privacy policy on the sale of their products and services. It must be accepted and followed. Transactions and all financial payments: Transactions of all types of customers will be completed every 7 days and everyone will get the report.

Please note: Due to some technical and accounting issues, the transaction may be delayed up to 15 days. He has to be carefree and accept the environment of the situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,Aleef Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service or the purchase of our products.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our App & Website. Your continued use of our Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. 

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Local Legality.
